After a statement blowout of Georgia Tech, Clemson travels to Blacksburg to take on yet another ACC foe in Virginia Tech. Neither starting QB (CLEM's Will Proctor, VTECH's Sean Glennon) is averaging even 1 passing TD per simulated game, and neither should be a remote threat to reach 200 yards. However, both offenses feature potent ground games with big-play threats. VTECH RB Branden Ore should reach the endzone for 1 TD as he flirts with a 100 yard outing. Not to be outdone, CLEM RB James Davis should power his way to a roughly 120 yard performance for at least 1 TD. With last Saturday's dominant performance over the Yellow Jackets, you have to favor the Tigers to pick up a valuable conference win on the road. NOTE: Clemson leading rusher James Davis is "50-50" to play due to a shoulder injury. This forecast is highly sensitive to his status.
